Problem is demand much much greater than supply

If not mistaken, your cart will only able to secure one at a time, don't think he can get 2 in the same week, correct me if I am wrong.

Indeed there was a pre-order option 2 week before, but was very very limited unit, where you order and pay and get in 4-5 weeks instead of snatching with farmers and deliver within 1 week.

Tried to pre-order mi note pro yesterday, my understanding was before every Tuesday , you can pre-order. Might be wrong . I didn't success in the end, it needs local number for registration, was too late to call my China friend. Will try today before tomorrow's actual purchase.

If you dont mind waiting, you can choose 顶配版 and then 预售. You dont have to fight with the chinese farmers with this options but they will shipped the phone in 3 to 4 weeks times.

Good for those if you are not in a hurry to get the phone.

Is it pre-order you mentioned? If yes and If I understand correctly, pre-order will not secure your purchase, it is just give you a chance to purchase, may still not able to get one if you are not fast enough.

nope..if you choose 预约开放购买. it means that you are fighting with the farmers every tuesdays but shipment will be fast if you are able to get one.

if you choose 预售, it means you are CONFIRMED one set. only set back is that you need to pay for it first and only get the phone 3 to 4 weeks after placing orders.

Some ppl are not able to wait so they rather fight with the farmers while some dont mind waiting will choose the 预售 option.

For mi note and note pro, it support both LTE-FDD and LTE-TDD. No model to choose

If buying other model (redmi, redmi note etc), you need to buy 联通 for LTE-FDD support which is similar to Singapore 4G.

very disappointed with the phone.
When using the original firmware out of the box:
Problems:
1. Cannot voicecall on whatsapp, Skype
2. call voices not working when using earpiece.
3. cannot update the firmware over the wifi.

Sent to china Xiaomi china and they reflash with new and simpler firmware for me.
Problems now:
1. difficult to unlock the phone and message always appear to warn me not to cover the top part.
2. when using the phone in call mode, the screen saver will turn off the phone screen and it is very difficult to turn back on the screen.

other than this the phone work great.
pictures quality are acceptable.
voice clearity is better than my ip6.

may want to try to reflash with different firmware.
any suggestion?

Firmware can always download from en.miui.com/download-262.html and guide is available too.
Your problem seem to be your screen protector blocking the proximity sensor. Remove it will solve both problems.

The screen protector is not blocking.
Anyway got to off all the setting and hope it does not bother much.

Another problem I have, previous MIUI work with my LG R watch.
My current MIUI 6.5.4.0 does not work.
Anyone face this problem?
Or which MIUI is good to have?

I did proximity calibration and seem solve some of the problem.
for those need to calibrate proximity sensor
dial
*#*#64663#*#*
it will go to the test mode.
