Is there a way to change the notification shade to the normal android style? Or are we stuck with swipe left for notifications and right for control centre?

Can change. Go to setting search for control center setting. Then u get to choose to use the traditional or new format.

Miui very good.. Can use ftp also.. Means transfer file through wifi.

All these manufacturers have no brains of their own. If ipad mini 6 is successful we will see these guys playing catch up and introducing new tablets with 8-9inch size.

i don't recommend those type of plastic film. hard to apply and the side keeps popping up. the air bubbles takes longer to go off also.

U can try SLS orient mobile at 4th floor, they have both film and tempered glass ($18). The film should be cheaper but im not sure if its good. U can check it out

The feature to change is not present for Xiaomi pad 5. I'm not sure why there's small difference between the phone miui and tablet miui.

Like another subtle difference is when u slide to control center there's a button to go setting, but on pad 5 there's no such button.

Anyone can confirm their pad 5 has Dhoby support on Disney plus? Don’t seem to have it on mine. Netflix like also no hdr support like that. Or is it me hahaha.

This is Netflix on my tablet. I don't have Disney plus so can't test.
