To sell Mi4 in SG, xiaomi needs to register the product with IDA first, and IDA search found no such Mi4 registered yet. Normally once its in IDA database, xiaomi will launch within 2 months, so, wait till Jun 2015.

The next launch will be Mi Wifi and mibox as they were in IDA database for 3 months already.
By then,,, maybe we can get mi5~!!! Thinking that teh mi4 and mi 3 are almost similiar, so that could be a reason why they do want to lunch the mi4 here. So rather they might want to concentrate the efforts on the mi5 which might be announced soon ....

honestly I like Xiaomi, but the wait for the arrival of their products is too darn frustrating.

but in the meantime I have sort of fallen in love with huawei's ascend mate 7, played with it for a while and it felt darn good.

hmm.... not cheap though

has xiaomi launched any mi4 that is suitable for local LTE usage?

what is the bandwith difference between LTE and WCDMA?
