How to control what types of files go on which storage? Does the OS differentiate? A scenario I can think of is if your tablet is full, assuming onboard is used up first, what happens if you install an app then? Does it go to the sd card, which will make it slow to launch?

I prefer manual control, by just using as external storage. That way, i know exactly what files I want to put where. Plus it's convenient as a backup, or transfer files if there's no cables or wifi.

Haha, can't confirm this since I dun have such devices to do that. But what u want required rooting on the device and u can set it however u want.

Still apps on mircosd no doubt definitely will be slower than internal.

I can't seem to find Netflix app on e play store, is there another way to download Netflix?

But if your purpose is to storage picture videos music and some doc or books. Den it doesn't makes any difference between internal and external.

It does make a different. If you have files on external SD. You can always move it to another devices if you have trouble with current one Eg need to repair.

Anyway, sending a device with all kind of personal data in internet storage to service center is risky. Someone may peep at your data before it is returned to you.

You are not comparing the same models man. He mentioned MiPad 4 Plus, which is the bigger version of the MiPad 4, and it also comes with LTE. Just the LTE will cost another 100 bucks usually.

I feel nothing beats the build of an iPad, but some people just don't like the walled ecosystem of Apple/ iOS.

It is not very walled since the last time already. iOS has changed quite a lot and it does a lot of things possible on Android already. Sure it does not have Bluetooth transfer but at this time and age, you are better off Dropping into a cloud storage and sharing it

No sideload apps = walled.
And to install different region app.. U have to have different region account. Wtf lol

Sideload apps = asking for trouble and compromising your device security. and/or you are just a pirate.

You think Android isn't at fault with regional stuff too? My man. You got to open your eyes.

YouTube TV is not available to SG.
Pokemon GO was not available to SG at the starting few months. But now it is almost global
HBO Now not available...

But hey I bet you don't care, unlikely that you will use these services.
