I've checked through his permissions, and all are already enabled.

wat u mean not SAFE ?there is million of ppl using the ROM which support most xiaomi phone

for flashing EU ROM,
I wouldn't advise flashing for starters.. you may end up bricking your mipad if you have no idea how to properly unlock bootloader and flash custom recovery,

but do not be discouraged, there are quite a few guides on XDA to help along, but u need to request unlock bootloader permission from xiaomi first.

I am on MIUI 10 beta EU ROM for a couple of months and so far so good, much better performance than in MIUI 9. PiP mode is working perfectly, in MIUI 9 that feature was flawed. Battery life wise also the same as in MIUI 9, if battery drain fast, probably some heavy background activities causing it.
Perks of flash EU rom, you get certified playstore, dual apps and most of MIUI exclusive features that weren't available on the stock china rom.

Must first flash 9.6.4 cannot clear cache and dalvik and update to miui 10 again. Very troublesome just to enable voice calls.

Hi new to hardware zone forum and also ordered a mipad 4 LTE+Wi-Fi. would any kind soul here help me with how to do a Eu-Rom flash. I ordered a sealed set which means no play store. Went to the Eu rom site and they mention need to install Rom, do TWRP via fast boot. Uh what is the correct steps to do?
