1. unlock bootloader
2. fastboot flash twrp
3. flash the EU rom.

Hi. New to hardware zone forum. Just ordered a mipad 4 lte+Wi-Fi fr Finer. I would like to flash my china rom to the stable EU rom. Can any kind soul teach me the steps to do it? like step 1 to download the eu rom, step 2 unlock bootloader, step 3 fast boot w TWRP via usb 2?

Wipe /data partition (NEVER wipe System or Persist

Uh what does it means? Afraid I end up bricking the tablet

umm just like the sentence suggest...
when selecting the option to wipe, only wipe data partition NEVER wipe System or Persist
you'll have check boxes to select which ones to wipe..
