Its not really a widget, more like a home screen or lock screen. You can customize the information you want including battery percentage, weather, telco company, wifi strength etc. I'm using this instead of displaying the batt per by default.

1) Is the Mi app store supposed to be default installed on this tablet de? I cannot seem to find it...

I saw the Mi app when I flash the China rom, no google play. When I switch back to Global rom, it's back to Google Play and no Mi App.

mx player is probably the best available in Play liaoz. The only issue it sometimes get is when the developer tries to upgrade it for new firmwares, then some users may be stuck, but usually this will be rectify pretty fast.

Hi dude. Thanks for the recommendation. I tried it on mipad le. It does work for the wallpaper on homescreen, but I cannot seem to get it working on the lock screen...


Anyone has other solutions for the battery life display???

Remove the Settings shortcut on your home screen. Tap and hold the Settings app from your app drawer to place the shortcut on your home screen.
