most android devices are very lag. even my nexus device also lag like hell. totally not usable, waste of money.

in my opinion it is quite unusable. when i play game like boom beach or clash of clan, my nexus 7 is lagging even though i quitted all the other apps. but of course, it only has 1gb of ram and it about 3years old now (Even at new, it lagging).

the only good thing is that google is still supporting with updates.

same with mine, mine is android version, very lag, several times the launcher restart itself, sometimes freeze and touch the screen can't respond anything and need to wait about 1-2 minutes for it to work again.

Mipad2 is very terrible, dont buy

I installed Android aosp on mine, it's smooth now and no crash in apps.

anyone here using windows 10 version of the mipad 2?

i think i brick my windows 10.. i did a recovery -> erase and reformat my mipad 2

after which it shows some error with the recovery then it reboots and stucks at the xiaomi logo..

anyone knows how to fix this?

yea i felt its pretty good for normal usage for the windows version.. however, i went to do a recovery / reformat and it got stucked at boot screen and keep rebooting.. now doesnt on.. sent back to repair/fix

Anyone still using Mipad 1? I notice for the past maybe 4-5 weeks, the back of my set (camera lens area) will feel very warm whenever i am using it, and the battery seems to sap very fast. Anyone experiencing the same problem? Currently I am mostly using it for bedtime video and light web surfing, but still the heat and battery life is quite annoying...

The heat is normal, noticed it since day 1... battery life is still great for me though!

I do not think Xiaomi will come out with another tablet. They are losing money in this area.
