Mine also going strong, it's my secondary phone but more like primary since i use it more than my main, both have sim card everything. It's my socialmedia/youtube/video/music/chapalang app phone

Impossible to replace this RN10. Slightly smaller 6.4" screen and it's the "older" design so not like all the new flat screen iphone copycat which is not ergonomic to hold in hand/put in pocket

likely due to model age. poco x7 based on rmn14 series which appeared in china a while back, x7 pro based on redmi turbo 4, which appeared recently

to moi, 6.4 inch hp ish perfect. but naoadays all like 6.6 at least.

Global versions look like a joke, other than chipset, almost no improvement over 13 series, or even worse than China version. Save your $ and get which ever cheaper during sales.

Not so straightfoward, very phone dependant, their prices are cheaper now but later on the year Redmi Notes usually have 30% or more discount which equalize prices

Our Redmi Note 14 non-pro's have better hm6 camera than their imx882
Our Redmi Note 14 pro have much better hp3 camera than their imx882
Our Redmi Note 14 pro+ is a whole different phone than theirs hard to compare, but we have 14T ($500+) which is much better and China don't have

Our Note 14 pro's problem right now is that it's not much improvement over the 13 pro's (which is heavily discounted now)
The non-pro Redmi Note 14 4G and 5G are quite decent

You giving way too much credit for note14 series, camera maybe tiny bit better than China variant, but guess what? Pro+ base model is barely $350 there.

Compare to Note13 series, specs are pretty much identical other than minor improvement (Wifi6/BLE) due to chipset upgrade. Note13 series is far better choice with the heavy discount unless you really need the faster CPU.

They don't have 14T, but guess what? they have Civi4Pro which is similar if not even better due to the CPU, and released half year before the 14T.

Again, im not comparing with China variant, it just nothing exciting to compare to global Note 13 series, at least for the 5G version. Until there is decent sales to push it near the price of the Note 13 series, its definitely not tempting.

Dun need to ask him... he obviously is comparing with China variant. Whatever it is, China variant will always have a disadvantage over global variant cos they dun have full support for google services and u never know whether an app u wanna install will work fully as it should.... anyway wat u say is correct, Sinkies are free to choose whichever variant they want and if they dun mind waiting, the prices of global variant will steadily go down to crazy rock-bottom prices anyway (to make way for new models)...
