Really weird. Last night my top battery drainer was fb messaging...

Should be better after a reboot...

Tks.. Will try after my battery fully charged.

Just now can't switch on and I thought spoilt already as i just charged last night. I even take out battery then put back. Then I thought why not plug in charger to try then i realised battery empty. :s22:

Hi, does anyone know how to root a redmi note 2 which has the latest update?

I tried using kingo root, both apk and PC version but it doesnt work :(

There is a possibility that some users might get the stable rom today via ota. Else it will be available from 25th aug...

After upgrading to MiUI8, seems like the GPS a bit off by 10 to 20 meters.

Playing Pokemon Go can see the difference.

but i check the Miui 8 website and it says:

I think yours is note 1 lte. So it's 4.4.

Q: I do not see "Second Space" and "Dual apps" settings on my device?

A：Due to the limitation of hardware platform, devices running MIUI 8 based on Android 4.4 (Redmi 1S, Redmi 2, Redmi Note 3G, Redmi Note 4G) don't support 'Second space' and 'Dual apps' .
