Xiaomi Redmi Note 3

Bought the Xiaomi Note 3, remove camera due to work requirement. I had a glass screen protector over it but didnt get the case ..

3rd day and i drop the phone (Knee level), immediately the screen inside crack and the phone bent ...

Heart pain, went sim lim to ask and they quote 120 dollars ...

I think i can throw away the phone and get Asus max instead ...

Knee level height drop should be "sub sub water" for Redmin Note 3 leh.

Mine with SOT 4h15m, over 1d 8h 13m, battery left 23%. Don't think my 9% can give me another SOT of 5hrs.

Depends on usage. For me my main use of this phone is surfing, streaming and a bit of casual gaming most of the time

First is export set. So no LOCAL or INTERNATIONAL warranty.

And, there local set why buy export? Saving not much when comparing.

Based on my limited understanding, heard china sets of have their on rom and no google play store. Global rom have google store and more stable.

local set now challenging to find stock, can find export sets on lazada. Savings around $50.

Well... Screen on (as in SOT value) but do nothing, then SOT value can be for 5 days.

Have not update to this version yet after reading some complaint few weeks ago.

Just got the china set. Spent about 2 hrs trying to figure out how to flash to global rom.
Is there something done wrongly with my flashing? There are tons of themes in the china rom. But it is very limited in the global rom.
There is zero theme in the cartoon category...

Btw which keyboard and browser are u all using?

Then this phone looks nice without casing. But is quite painful when holding it for prolonged use. How many of u are using without casing?

This 7.3.5.0 is a Stable version compared to last week's Beta!

Personally, so far so good! Everything works fine. No degrading of performance and battery life or of any sorts.

Rooting the phone should enable downloaded themes to be usable after some miui tweaking

China set with SD chip or MTK chip?

If it is a SD chip, then super easy to flash Global ROM in less than 10 minutes to make it a "locaL' or Pro set whatever you wanna call it!

MTK chip then a bit maifun I think..

A very nice casing that keeps the good look of your phone visible to yourself and othera.

Why did you get the china set? Local set is more worthy because of SD chipset and support

Why u use 2 keyboard?
Swiftkey alone can type both english and chinese lol
