I played around with all my SIM cards and 4G + 3G do not work together

Redmi note 3 do not support 4G+3G.

Just a quick noob question... If i buy china set flashed with global rom (from middle sky), what will be the difference between this & india set? (except price difference between smartcell & middlesky)

A few forumers here itself mentioned abt receiving china set from smartcell w/global rom insstalled..I see smartcell reply @qoo10 also,selling chinese sets with global rom installed.. but not indian sets??

I think what they means is set is made in China. If you have enough quantity to order from Xiaomi/CN. I think they can customize to what you want, eg preload of Global rom.

$269 (before discount) vs $349 from Xiaomi/SG seem worth to forgo the rest of 11 months warranty. (Mi Max case).

I tested with same Note 3 in shop. Can never get the same result.
Did you notice the same Singtel 4G. One side you get 2 bar signal but the other one is full bar signal. How to explain this?

If the set is preloaded with Global rom.. I no need to unlock bootloader/ flash etc..? right? upcoming rom updates will be detected automatically for global.. & it wont go back to chinese rom after reset/update?? thanks

No difference. Hardware still the same. China set and India set both same. Go for global rom(india set) if you don't want to or don't know how to flash. There might still be a risk that the china set doesn't come with global so to play it safe, get india set.

Why don't you get it from Challenger or telco? Local set with warranty. Everything swee swee done for you. Buy already can use.

Just received it. It's China set with global ROM. Updating to miui 8 now.

I ordered my set from middlesky on 27th night and it was delivered on 29th afternoon. The set is china set with playstore installed and MIUI 7. Updated it to MIUI 8 already and trying to explore the features. So far, everything looks ok, hoping no issues along the way.

Why need to troll you guy, I did not edit anything, Sim 1 is my original Singtel sim card and sim 2 I put my micro sd card, just that I borrow my friend Singtel sim card testing on the other day and it just show the signal.
