Pro is an unofficial name for the snapdragon variant. As compared to mediatek, it is reported to have better power efficiency, better performance. Other than processor, rear camera is 16mp instead of 13mp. And most importantly (at least for me) it supports external sd card

From their Facebook page, it seems like there will be sufficient stock. I am guessing the profit margins is pretty high here, they are willing to bring in more stock.
Although its very cheap in India, but it very difficult to buy. Most probably it's a marketing strategy to create hype in the indian market, at the same time,beating their competitors
