Because i saw gsmarena put 128 gb.. but xiaomi website like only 32gb..

Format (sd card)as FAT32 can go higher than that

If u want to flash the global rom from mi website. Then you do not need to unlock bootloader

Are the notification updates reliable for this phone? I'm still using redmi note 3g and I notice that the app (like qoo10, qtalk) must be in memory before it works.

Another issue is the crashing of uber app. Have to uninstall and reinstall to use the app repeatedly. It crashes the second time after using it once.

Have the same issue with Uber app. Reinstalling doesn't work. Seems that it will crash after a trip right before you complete and review the driver, and the app wouldn't start anymore. Have to use another phone to rate the driver, before it works again on note3.

Before the latest Uber update still can work flawlessly.. Now I can't even open up the app..

Hmm I can't seem to get the dual SIM to work. SIM 1 data only card cannot be detected. 2nd SIM on 3G though.

i've updated to 7230 liao for 3 days so far no problems, fingerprint works as per norm...

I am on 7230. Having wifi problem. It can connect but connection is slow.
And when using dual band router, i must connect to 2.4ghz band, use for sometime then can switch to 5ghz. if connect direct to 5ghz will not work. Experience same thing few days already. Any help?

Hi,

I updated to 7.2.3 and experienced the following:
1. The phone was very warm and within half a day battery dropped from 100% down to 80% without using it only in standby mode.
2. Second sim not working properly. sometimes no signal and keep on searching connect and disconnect.
3. Touch screen was not responsive took about 30 sec to react.
4. Wifi was very very SLOW and most of the time couldn't be connected.

My solution:
Went to service center and requested the staff to downgrade to 7.1.8. Once done, connect to WIFI and update to 7.2.3. During this process, did not install any apps from playstore. Once 7.2.3 was updated, I did a reset and my phone started a fresh and all my problems solved.

Cheesepie sia same problem. 5ghz can't even load properly. 2.4ghz works like normal but keep disconnecting now and then. How to use
