Anyone got any problems with the power button since the latest miui update? Like not v responsive and must press hard to work.

Not my set. On the contrary, pressing power button to standby the phone will resulted in the screen turning on by itself again..... weird.

Sometimes my screen wont wake up when I press the power button, need to hold the button to the power off menu then will wake up since the update

wow thats unlucky for those that updated. But i am curious, i thought most people will just use the fingerprint scanner to unlock since its fast and secure. (for me the only time i don't use it is when i got sweaty or wet fingers and it won't work)

Yeah I do that too, just that when that happens the finger print couldn't work as well

Hardware specs, yes, but small difference. Day to day use, u prob couldn't tell the difference.

Hi,

My phone suddenly stopped charging.

Anyone know where to buy part for this phone?

I believe the charging port is spoilt. No charge. When plugged into PC, the USB hub no light, so looks like there is a short and need to change charging board.

Any help will do!

there is a big handphone repair shop in simlim. I'm not sure if they have the part you want but you can give it a try.
Or you can start looking at small makeshift handphone booth in your neighbourhood

i didn't take note of it lol..but shouldn't be at the last 2 levels.
it's really quite big whereby you can see all the placement of parts for different brand and model in each shelf.

but since you're there might as well enquire all the shops

Long time never touched Mi phone liao. Got a question here. Assuming my bootloader is unlocked, recovery is custom and wish to flash official XiaoMi firmware, we can flash recovery ROM directly (also assuming the what DM verification disable/lazy flash is available)?
