Well u can just keep using china rom till there is a actual global rom. (Dunno Taiwan comes with english and google or not)

It all depend if Xiaomi has plan to make the model available outside China. So is better to wait then sorry.

It doesn't comes with true Global ROM, but some sellers may preload either modified China ROM or install Google Play for you.

Bought the 4x yesterday and flashed to Taiwan ROM as well. No need to unlock bootloader, just flashed over using miflash. Performance wise, much much better than my old mi 4i. Works well as a reservist phone, battery life is superb. Left house at 7 plus, now 11.30 and I still got 84 percent batt left

Do you need a computer to flash or can do it over the hp? Did u get it from shopee?

The SD625 SoC is a very efficient processor, just that the overall performance is slightly inferior than the SD65x series but not to an extent of real slow.

Must do using pc. Download the Miflash tool and the tw firmware. I bought from Shopee from. Smart cell mobile.

May I know why u prefer Taiwan ROM to the pre installed global ROM?

Me don't have PC to flash. :(

I read the reviews for SmartCell..Seems like they give grey though the 2 buyers ordered black.

I can't find to find the global rom for Note 4X on the TW site. Did i miss out something here? hehehe

Seller flashed modified global ROM which you can't even OTA update.

Taiwan launch 4X hence the real official Global ROM is out. Can OTA.

Yes, no black black only silver black.

anyone got it from hitecmobile before? think theyre the only one still havent update the price. No warranty though.
