Another thing is that you can ALWW 4px CSO give them the tracking number ask them does the package arrive in their warehouse or not, cause sometimes 4px will take times to update as well

No choice, the manager damn insistent. He will not budge, no matter what I say. Truly disappointed with after sales support. Brand new phone spoil upon arrival, he told me first time see the micro USB port damage until like that

Is he trying to shift the damage on you? It doesnt matter if its his first time seeing a damaged usb port. He can get the people there to assess the damage.

He told me by right need to charge for repair on damaged port and now foc so from his pov is a fair deal. I told him is brand new I never use before no boot up never put battery let alone charge it. He just kept insisting system will not put through my case as port is damaged and not malfunction
