Dont have either yet, but I would go note simply for the higher amount of RAM. MIUI is feature rich, which also means that it uses more resources compared to AOSP ROMs.

I can't get the note but try 1s - got stock so I ordered.but have not paid up

have both, both are equally good or just that maybe i haven't play enough ba... I only been using both to text, whatsapp, skype and surf net. Both devices are smooth with no hiccups up till now. But IMO, Note is better for viewing video and stuffs while 1s is good cause its a back to basic phone and can fit in pocket comfortably.

No lag but photos taken from the camera is still not stored in the microsd card.
