anyone here using global rom can give advice?

I'm considering flashing to global rom now but i have a few questions:

(1) are there any problems with using global rom on our sg redmi notes? E.g. hardware incompatibility, etc
(2) are there any problems with the china>global rom shift? I'm on v 29 now planning to go v 30 global
(3) once i'm on the global rom, any updates functionality won't be affected right? I will still continue to auto get notified of updates, and it will be for global rom?
(4) I won't have to wipe my installed apps and user data to flash to global right?
(5) MIUI ROM for Redmi Note - MIUI Downloads - MIUI Official Community. i got my rom here, it's correct right?

Is direct from mi.com/sg. bought a few months ago. after upgrading so many firmware, this is the first one i encounter it.
Both My MI3 and Note have it except for redmi 1 & 1S.
I already feedback to them and haven't receive any reply.

Bought 5 Notes, 3 Redmi1, no such issues leh.... maybe Sg OOS, XM intercepted the India stock for Sg mkt ?

Maybe you try upgrading your note.
Only my mi3 & note are affected, redmi 1 & 1s are normal.

Go to setting, then about phone. you might see it.
it does not show in the update, only in the about phone in the setting.

Download v30 on sd card and update via recovery (CWM or TWRP) without doing any wipe or reset.
