Xiaomi TV Store and Xiaomi SG Store are authorised distributors of Xiaomi Singapore, they take stocks from Xiaomi direct.

Xiaomi Singapore operates independently at their website mi.com/sg as well.

So if they take stock from xiaomi singapore, mean the promotion also will be avaliable from xiaomi singapore? :o

During 2/2 sale can get it for 800+ after vouchers for 55"

Not bad for a 144hz mini led panel, AMD Freesync Premium with HDMI 2.1, Dolby Vision/Atmos 1200nits, 3gb ram and 32gb rom Google TV

Not to mention WiFi 6 and USB 3 ports, meaning can connect gigabit or higher ethernet dongle on the tv. This is a huge step up from their A and A pro series.

Need advice, I have a P1 55 TV that is 2+years old, its quite nice and value for money machine actually. Its technically still under warranty as the warranty is 3 years.

Recently it developed an issue that is on and off, the top left corner led backlight seems to flicker, sometimes its flickering and sometimes it's not. Wondering anyone experiencing the same issue.

Need advice whether this is something I should try troubleshoot myself or try to make a warranty claim.

if under warranty just make a claim. maybe make a video recording of it when it happens and submit it in.

what can you do to troubleshoot it yourself?

reset the tv?

I don't know what I can do to troubleshoot, apart from resetting the TV.

Where can I submit the claim in? When I made enquires, they ask me the call a phone number, there seems to no email/channel to submit a video/image in.

i've not submit a claim for warranty before, but i believe you can email them regarding the problem.

try service.sg@support.mi.com

https://www.mi.com/sg/support/

got several other channels you can contact them including live chat.

maybe post the video on YT, make it unlisted and share the link to them to have a look.

I have 32" mi TV but can't remember which generation. Should be recent 1-2 years old. Recently I signed up Netflix account and I noticed it will randomly have issues connecting to WiFi. At the same time, my laptop is connected to the same wifi. Both TV and laptop are less than 2m apart with no walls blocking. Does anyone have good solution for this issue?

Don't use wifi. Run an ethernet cable
