Hi guys, I have a problem with my vacuum/mop robot it is a x20
It does not wet my mop pad, I have tried cleaning the wash station, check for blockage in the valve and there is none.
Is there anyone experiencing the same as me
I have the exact same problem and it's a new unit used less than a month.

my X20 Max seems like after the mop drying there will be some smell. during the next cleanup the smell will be there as long as there is mop drying.

i take a look briefly seems ok. is it common that to grow mold after like 2months of use? haha
That's why when i bought mine, i purposely picked the design to have large bin on robot with no auto emptying, and no water tank on robot too. Over extended usage, the devil comes in the details

First, have you smell the mop pads? Is the smell from the base station or the mop pads?

yes its from the mop pad and the base station. because the smell is strongest at the station and after mopping the area for sometime will ahve the smell.

U should clean the mop every week and alternate a new mop with the old mop weekly. For me, I put a bit of bio home floor cleaner in the clean water tank and there is no smell for the mop and mopping station.

For me, it was the mop pads, even with the hot air drying, the smell remains. What I do is I sun my mop pads about 1-2 hours after every use and it completely removes any and every smell. If your base station smell, then I cannot help you coz the smell was purely on my mop pads for my case.

Update.. x20 max repair took abt a week.

I went to service center last week. I was told that this is a common issue with x20 max due to the hot water temperature being too hot and damaging the components. Free repair as under warranty. Future repair for the same issue will not be under warranty.

I'm also told not to use hot water washing until they release the next firmware update which will lower the temperature.

They also offer free delivery after repair to my home.
