If the LTE version sells more than 1k, That's very expensive for a smart phone :o

Wah. Hope sg one is cheaper

i doubt it.
sg market is known to be milked for our obsession with mobile phones.
coz where in the world can you get

As of March 2011, the penetration rate in Singapore was estimated at 155.799% over a population estimate of around 4.7 million.

and that's just based on 2011.

I agree, that camera is a letdown.

But you have to remember that Sony is now trying to set aside the camera for the resurrection of their cameraphone product line.

But you have to remember that Sony is now trying to set aside the camera for the resurrection of their cameraphone product line.

i read yesterday that sony has been planning some camera lens and even sensor attachments for their smart phones and tablets.

maybe that's why they purposely watered down the cameras on this, so that people who wants solid camera quality will get those attachments.

The point is that people will buy accessories even when they have the better hardware.

My view is that they intentionally incorporated a "watered-down" camera so that it wouldn't directly compete with the 20MP Honami.

Want a big screen? Buy the Xperia Z Ultra.
Want a good camera? Buy the 20MP Honami.

That said, they could have included a 13MP camera on the Xperia Z Ultra, just like the Xperia Z.
