sibei low tech la

still need to use PC to update!

still got the cheek to ask people to "software repair"
it is basically a hard reset! you lose all your data

you think restoring very fun ah?

updated mine :)
no problems encountered, heng²

It is still the safest to download via PC as when you do it on the go, there might have chances for the firmware download to be corrupted cos user might not have good reception at times.

Well did a upgrade on 2 Zs.

On the first Z everything went fine but this morning i noted the charging over nite shows only 99% and within 1 hour the battery level drop 9%, gosh, before the upgrade it can last quite well with (stamina) mode turn on. Check with stamina turn on the standby hours = 14hrs only. Again another big difference.

Else nothing to complain the in experienced and camera sure is better.

On the 2nd set i had, everything went smooth as well. The best part the system was upgraded with battery at 49%, this morning i check (without overnite charging) it only drop 1% (i.e now standing at 48%).

I guess i may have to "repair"! darn hate it!

Unlocking bootloader is an intentional action (you need to go to a Sony site to enter your IMEI and get an unlock code). Most probably, your bootloader is still locked.

It's strange that you still have root after you updated to 10.1.1A.1.253. Many users at XDA have reported root was lost after the update and the previous rooting methods no longer work.

Initially I thought the root will be removed. HOwever after seeing Superuser still avail, I tried opening the app and also root explorer and everything works as per rooted form.

Here's some screenshots

You can access the Superuser app and see this screen but when you launch the Titanium Backup, it will prompt you that it is not able to gain root of your phone.

It is confirm the root will be gone after any update of firmware.

For whiteness, I read xda so far I love 3.1 n 165.
Now look at sides, don't have too much whiteness.
Easy on the eyes, v warm if u set 60% brightness.
But not as sharp as it used to be.

Yea, you are right. :(
I woke up this morning seeing a prompt from TB saying that it was unable to carry out back-up due to no root access.
