yen is just a major SNAFU right now.

so far what i observe this 3 weeks is that best time to change yen is midweek on late wed, early thursday.

yen usually tends to rise at the start or end of week

Yest evening I went to Hassan & Sons and it was 15.54. Another few steps away it was 15.60!!! Mad! Today shld fall, since Dow went up.

try those neighborhood money changer, more likely to have smaller notes
