arcade rates usually slightly better than mustafa. dunno about tanjong pagar... never change there b4.

I got change once at Tanjong Pagar across Amara hotel there. Rates slightly better than Mustafa. Dunno abt arcade though...

no one has a crystal ball. but usually it spikes up early in the week and drops somewhere around wed and thursday.

i changed 40k yen at 15.9 sometime in march or feburary, tell me about heartache. lost something like 36 SGD in value as compared to if i had held on a changed in april at 15.2.
