how to change if they keep swinging up and down...the money changer won't change their rates real time so no one day can change...haiz...

Mustafa and Arcade all change their rates real time...

Need some quick opinion from the gurus here.
Would banks give me a better rate if I were to change say 5k SGD to JPN Yen?
Or should I just stick to the Arcade money changers?
