If you look at the weather for last 24 hours, there were no thunderstorms in that area at 550pm, very suspicious.

I wasn't near there.

But there were indeed strong gusts of wind and the sky turned very dark at where I was. 5pm darker than usual 7pm.

I also see some people holding umbrella in the pics. Maybe the rest didn't bring.
