In b4 it’s not chee hong tat’s fault as he just took over only

its not Chee Hong Tat's faulty, not because he just took over, but because lightning strike not his responsibility. Act of GOD is not inside his performance KPI. Only the recovery plan os the free buses, whether they are working as expected to dissipate the crowd in all the stations. You can blast him for having lousy bus service.
