that's your minimum.. max should be twice... but who can afford to eat that much?

Gymbro suggests that 8g of protein per kilogram of body weight is the absolute minimum requirement.

For building and maintaining muscles its 0.8 grams per pounds of muscle since Americans only talk in pounds

But no matter what , supplement protein intake with real food

Morning 2 whole eggs 10gm protein
Peanut butter sandwich, milk powder with Milo 15gm

Lunch 100gm, palm size of meat 20gm

Tea break 2 whole eggs 10gm again
Peanut butter sandwichwich 5gm

Dinner 100gm meat again 20gm

2hours before sleep milk and peanut butter sandwich 10gm

If work out then scoop of whey 24gm

Thereabout plus minus abit

Non workout 90gms protein

Workout 114gms protein

Ownself adjust varieties and portions for own weight and workout

Wanna bulk up really have to eat alot. Last time post workout will jiak 10 hardboiled eggs but only consumed 2 yolks, Chicken breast, Whey proteins etc.

Tits really grew from A to C cup.😏

Very hard meh. I'm hitting like 180g of protein daily...doable even without eating whey
