Nepal is more for trekking. view is excellent during the trek. but if not trekking, i think the city tour and sightseeing not much to see.

Sri Lanka is a nice place.. great if u like nature and animals. the beaches are beautiful too

holland mainly is to see the canals, windmills and tulips. but the country is relatively flat, no nice mountains to see. as for the cities, it gets boring after a while coz i am not really into architectures. similarly for belgium and luxembourg, i got bored after seeing so many churches, town halls and market squares. luxembourg is a small country just beside belgium

my trip reports are here:

i havent been there before, but my frens tell me US is shopping paradise! coz of the super cheap factory outlets.
US brands such as Coach, Kate Spade, Timberland, Levi etc are dirt cheap there. my frens bought off-season timberland shoes for less than SGD50 and Levi jeans for about SGD20! and they usually come back from US with 2x23kg luggage full of such stuff. :s22:

Summer in the middle east can be quite unbearable. About 50deg at night one time I was there. People rarely move around in the day. Can try the 4x4 vehicles at the sand dunes, sand surfing, camel riding. Dinner in the desert dunes under the stars.

As mentioned earlier by another member, US outlet shopping is great. Their discount is really discount.

Australia, either Perth or Melbourne.

I find Italy ppl more friendly then e French ppl. Italy is mostly eat pizza n pasta . Food wise it cheaper as compare to France . Also in Italy usually is one ppl eat one whole pizza themselves but is those thin crust kind. Also for diff state , got diff famous pasta , pizza etc. like Rome is carbonara, Venice is black squid pasta.

Quite a lot of Chinese but I heard not as much as Vancouver. Tasmania is great for nature, other than that nothing much.

15 days, only gonna spend 3 nights in Hokkaido because main purpose is to take the overnight trains before they close next year :(
