dereth and bunny only share the value of their stocks portfolio. some say to see who has higher net worth you need to add property value, cash in bank account, cpf, pokemon cards :cool:
cash in wallet, leftover foreign currency in drawers, SG60 vouchers, CDC vouchers

43 years old, hoping to retire soon haha

950k in stocks
472k in crypto and stablecoins
150k in cash
511k in cpf (oa/sa/ma)
495k in property (net of mortgage)
How much of this is profit vs capital? Really impressive amount at 43..

how do you count property? Is it the cpf/cash you used for property?

Numbers are probably not very insightful. But rather portfolio allocation relative to age and demographics and investment strategies (eg simple monthly dca on payday etc)

What do you invest in? If you keep a significant portion in cash, what do you do with it?
50% US/HK stocks, 50% SG stocks. I do ETFs and individual stocks. Don't really have any counters I hold a lot. Cash put in higher interest deposit accounts like eSaver, UOB One, OCBC 360 etc. Every month interest can be about 1-1.5ksgd.

Oh that sounds good.. very diversified. I guess you have about 500-600k in cash?

285k cap gain from stocks I am still holding.
470k cap gain from previous property sold.
200k profit from early days of forex trading.

for property, yes, is cpf and cash used for property so far.
