No no, OUR networth.
Combined is <2M.
Hope to hit 2M by next next year, considering the covid19 might affect our earnings.

so its just 1m each which is not much different from revhappy...

As I said,
dual income family will do better.
When I and my wife hit 40, we prob. will have more than double of his family networth. And I am earning less than him from my employer.

It's interesting that you used "just" 1M each. You must be a big fish :)

I misunderstood you, I thought you meant to say dual income can help you accumulate wealth faster as an individual, didn't know you meant family networth.

I'm no big fish but I think many people got 1m networth in Singapore, we have one of the highest millionaire density in the world, its really not such a big deal these days.

Early thirties worth how much then satki..:s11:

Lang pi lang, ki si lang.

As long as you spend less than you earn and invest the rest, over time your networth grows. Nobody is suggesting cai png without fish every meal. Just be mindful of how you're spending your money. Of course having high income helps. For most people, being good at their job and boosting salary is the best way to get higher and higher income.

Got my salary and bonus, so decided to calculate my networth again, slightly early than the month end, since my expenses are all accounted for and salary too.

My current n/w is 919k
YTD investment growth is -8%
YTD networth growth is -5%

So it is still horrible, yet if market dont fall anymore, by end of the year, I should cross 950k with my salary savings addition. Hope markets dont fall anymore.
