mine is ported from singtel to zero1, then I can access the singtel app without logging in
only this kind of cases then can see using singtel app, otherwise no way to check usage.

well, I sent an email to info[at]imda.gov.sg with my contact number, and they called me to get my complaint details.
33xx still pending and stuck at 3g @ 300kbps lol.

Agree.
I can accept slower speed @ 1mbps after 3GB of data is used up.
But I cannot accept this 0.3 Mbps speed before I had enjoyed the full 4G speed...

Ya first point is exactly what is paid for at the price point. If want anything more then have to go for more ex ones.
But now it's capped because don't know what the bloody reason for...
