1 mth termination notice is only if you wish to terminate the number without porting. Porting if successful will immediately terminate without penalty and zero1 will pro-rate refund the unused subscription fee.

I guess she want to downgrade her plan from $29.90 to $13.90. Downgrade is not allow so she have to port out then port back to zero1.
