to those looking to port over to Zero1, i would advise you NOT to.

1 month ago, i was looking for a cheaper plan for my dad and i proceed to sign up on their website. Had I done my homework earlier, i wouldn't be stuck in this **** now.

Emailed them immediately when i had issue but only got an reply 3 weeks later. Super difficult to terminate and as you see what others have wrote, since they are holding your credit card details, frequent charges often billed to the credit card for no reason. Holy ****!

while service is almost non existent, it's still the cheapest plan with real unlimited data, just have to take some precaution

use singtel dash as payment. every month top up $9.90. so far no problem for me and don't have to worry if terminate since i won't leave any money inside

Mine has no over billing issue. But recently terminated as I am holding too many lines under my name. No issue with over billing after termination too.

just checking...for all those who ported out from zero1, does your bill get pro rated? i ported over to gomo in mid August 2019. just received bill to pay sept 2019 as well...

Don't pay for the bill first.
Wait for the next month. It will be prorated. Zero1 charge in advance, then the following month they will refund u

I think redone $8 is still better. At least for use under 3GB. It seems to be the cheapest phone plan with roaming.

Got charged 3x few months ago... Customer service never get back to me after emailed them twice....

Anyone got this problem? What option I have....

Write to iMDA whistle blowing channels whistleblow at imda.gov.sg, state your case as SCAM, iMDA will help you to get back the money, never accept the reason given as investigation or refund in-progress (never return), let iMDA close case only when you get back the money.

Same ar, sent 3 emails within a month, not even a single reply.

Call the ** number nobody pickup. Might as well don't put the service hotline number

Kena charge for extra 3 times.

Glad that I am out of this sht telco

Sorry for the delayed reply.

As for the $57.00 charges in your May's invoice, it was due to the reasons below:
April outstanding charges ($19.00)
Error made in billing ($19.00)

Explanation/Actions taken:
As there was a late in billing for April's invoice, no deduction was made. Hence the amount was carried over to May's invoice.
The error has been rectified and your July's invoice has been offset. Please take a look at the July's invoice.

We would like to apologise again for the confusion caused to you.
