Yup. That's good. I have triple redundancy, Zero1, Maxx and Simba.

There are really some places, that Zero1 5G NSA CMI. And Simba is way better.

Just check with you, do you get 700Hz band with your Zero 1 (5G NSA or 4G LTE)?

i try Woodlands Health Campus inside the Lift Maxx 4G/5G, Eight 5G & SIMBA no coverage, Eight 4G, Zero1 & ZYM 4G/5G still have 2-3 Bar


Singtel & StarHub 4G got 4 band’s coverage. only M1 & simba 4G only got 2 bands coverage

Actually i find that bands listed there are generally not fully used. B38 particular doesnt seems commonly used. In general only band 8 and 28 makes a significant difference for coverage. The rest are more for spectrum capacity. When backend capacity is full, nothing else really matter.

This backend capacity limit is the main reason I tend to think Singtel MVNO users may not get better experiences during peak hours in underground MRT tunnels, even with the upcoming 5G SA upgrade.

I understand there are a lot of excitement for the Singtel MVNO users in the Zero1 thread and Zym thread, with the upcoming 5G SA upgrade.

Let's see what happens after 5G NSA got shut down and 5G SA becomes the norm.

I kind of expect my user experience may get a bit worse with my S$15.28 Singtel SIM Only plans with the newly joined Singtel MVNO users on 5G SA network. But then I doubt that the user experiences of Singtel MVNO users will improve much in difficult underground MRT tunnels during peak hours, due to capacity limit and lower priority.

Hi I’m waiting for my simcard to arrive this coming week/ already signed up for porting over from M1 Max on Friday 14 Nov 2025.
Just to check , the stay 6 months and free 6 months will be applicable for me right even though the actual porting (since simcard hasn’t arrived) will likely be done this week once the simcard arrives?

I have use the promo code during sign up on 14 Nov 2025.

also next question I wanna ask is ; is Z1 going to get the 5G SA like Zym?

Based on sign up date. You have another 30 days to complete the port.
Z1 and all singtel MVNO will get 5G SA

Try going to City Square Mall Basement 1, Kopi & Tarts. Zero1 and Simba failed tragically. Luckily, i got my maxxie to save the day, other wise i have to wash plates.

nope. No news, 1.5 months to end of the year, Ray if you are reading this, please. Replace our Sim card soon, we need 5G SA

While waiting for port-in, do u all get a signal on the eSIM? I managed to install the eSIM but it shows activating on iOS.

Jollybee City Square Mall Counter area is much worse. Eating area is slightly better.

eight 4G with Poco X6 Pro: got signal but cannot start SpeedTest. Even in the eating area I cannot load OOkla SpeedTest.

StarHub Prepaid S Plan (5G), my daughter says the signal is very bad even though she got 5G connection. She can barely browse the internet. She is using Poco X6 Pro as well.

M1 Maxx with Poco X7 Pro: fall back to 4G LTE-A. Pretty okay 4G signal and speed.

Singtel SIM Only with Poco X7 Pro: no issues with 5G SA.

City Square has a big Decathlon, outlet shops, linked to Farrer Park mrt, near to Mustafa. I went there to try out the Beach Roach Curry Rice.

IKEA Jem also does not have good reception for Simba

Today it is raining, next time I will try Beach Road Curry Rice.

My daughter told me this is a remote place once she walked out of City Square Mall. Then her shoes were broken. So we are back in the mall.
