Under the Mobile Plan Usage there's everything but IDD listed.

So I need to contact them too?

Glad that Zero1 gives the 500min v019 IDD to existing customers.

How to Use: The free 500 IDD minutes can only be used to make calls from Singapore using the 019 prefix. Calls made without the 019 prefix will not be counted as part of the free minutes and will be charged at standard pay-per-use rates.

Applicable Countries: The 019 IDD minutes are valid only for calls to:
Australia (excludes Australian-Antarctic), Bangladesh, Brunei, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand, Taiwan, United States, Vietnam.

Roaming: The free 019 IDD minutes cannot be used while roaming outside Singapore. All calls and outgoing SMS made outside Singapore will be charged at pay-per-use roaming rates.

The v019 500 IDD minutes is part of a promotion that is only extended to new sign-ups and port-ins under promotions launched from 26 Feb 2026 onwards. As such, this VAS is not applicable to existing subscribers who activated their lines before the 26 Feb 2026 promotion period.
Your current plan therefore does not include the v019 500 minutes feature.
Should there be any future promotions or plan updates that include this benefit, we will communicate them through our official channels.

I asked Zero1 about the Zym Roam Guard 10mins to prevent any accidental roaming calls incurred due to scam calls.

They said, the protection is already included and it's provisioned.

So meaning we are protected, just don't know for how many minutes. But I remember many months back, I hung a call while overseas, no charge

Try again other day. Say you saw the VAS on services management, then it went missing.
