Try with other browsers. The website not tested for browsers compatibility. Also got the number already contracted or ported error message on chrome. Changed to ms edge did not encountered any problem.

Are they going to send me the new sim card since they asked for my address? This telcom likes to leave their customers in suspense.

they will send you their card with a temporary number.
when the time comes, they will port your existing number replacing the temp number.

They probably will send you a new sim card. Just wait patiently. They are under staff after all...

720p30 is about 1 mbps to 1.5 mbps, 720p60 is more than 1.5 mbps. Unless they use application-based traffic shaping throttling or differential services that allows higher speed for certain apps. Should be the case as the T&C stated file sharing software or peer-to-peer/torrent apps is not allowed.

Signed up last friday and my queue number is 800+, yet to receive any updates but understandable since they are a new company with lack of manpower.

More keen to find out from those who have received their sim card how's the overall reception quality. Given that they are using singtel infrastructure, is the reception for zero1 lines as strong as a standard singtel line?

Perhaps those with both singtel and zero1 will be able to see if there's any difference.

Porting is handled by singtol, it's stated in the letter the simcard is attached to.

hahaha good question. not sure about that. i'm from Circles Life.

Btw, just to share my current situation.

Upon receiving the SMS, i tried calling with my Circles Life line but couldnt connect. Cannot receive incoming calls either. BUT i can still surf my data. So i thought they have ported in to Zero 1.

Changed my SIM card to Zero1. My existing number not yet ported in. Still using the new number.

My take on this: The port in is still in progress. I recall that when i ported from Starhub to Circles Life, your line will be unavailable for a few hours. But during that time, they ported in at midnight. Less chance of ppl calling you or need to use the phone.

Now, they ported in in the middle of the day. Rather inconvenient. No choice use whatsapp call lor.

Speed test LTE 132.58Mbps download and 39.78 Mbps upload. My office is at dead center in an industrial building in ubi surrounded by thick walls. Hhahahaha

dont bother asking me about the speed after 3GB.. don't think my data usage will reach there.. hahahahha
