For those who are going there to collect, it is near bukit mearah bus interchange/old hdb hub n just a few bus stop away from Mount Faber safra.

Just enter into the minor road where the scantek showroom is at and proceed straight until just before the last side road.

The building/warehouse is on the left.

The delivery company is all the way right of the building.

They have a counter outside just for the collection, just press the bell n wait for the lady to serve you. Just show them the email n nric to collect your sim card.

yes, it asked me for onepass ID or login with OTP.
I enter my number in the OTP, it says "Please enter a valid 8-digit Singtel Postpaid mobile number".

I wrote to zero1 and they said my delivery is scheduled for this afternoon but till now I haven't received any notification sms or email.

No notification on the day itself, just the notification sms 2 days before actual delivery.

StarHub & M1 uses Singtel Infrastructure.

i think your info is very very dated. Not any more.

Just to share:

The mobile app is still in development stage. The details will be released when the app is ready.


Billing is on 30 days cycle, on monthly basis with billing start date follow that of the SIM card delivery date.

I didn't login. I just switch using Zero SIM card to access internet then launch the singtel app

My previous plan with Singtel is NOT unlimited. So definitely this unlimited is referring to zero1.

It says Singtel on my iPhone...

It's just their strategy to absorb more subscribers through their separate mvno target market before tpg and myrepublic launches theirs. I've friends saying the throttled speed for zero1 is pretty bad.
