Go reread the ad please.

reread the ad then...?? why don't you just state what you want to say...?? because there is nothing wrong with the ad...?? why not u just admit that you don't need unlimited calls hence obviously you are not the targetted customer for the plan...?

All things being equal, it is not even correct as per the price indication on the ad. I merely stated that in addition to what has been provided, there is an upside of .5GB for every 6 months. This is in addition to what is already touted as an apple to apple comparison.

You do get it. Some don't.

so what if there is upside of 0.5GB for every 6 months...?? it's a freaking half a year more wait to get a bit more data... it's more misleading to try advertise circles.life data as wat... 9GB...?? like that you might as well advertise circles.life as having 36GB data if u stay with them for 30 years (i'm assuming there is no cap to this). what if someone just need to subscribe for a plan for like 3 months...?? of all things being equal u should NOT be adding stuff that are not even confirmed u are getting upfront on day one...

wacky

Questions

The S$19 got charged at the time of registering the account. My question is, when does the billing period start? On that date, or only after actually receiving the SIM card and going through some sort of initial setting it up?

If there is some sort of a set-up required to "kick start" the billing, can I postpone this by 7-10 days after the SIM is delivered to me?

There is nothing wrong with the ad. The price indicated is correct. Base plan for Circles.life is $28/mth. In order to get unlimited outgoing calls, you need to add $16/mth. In addition, to get unlimited incoming calls, you need to further add $2/mth. As such, the price adds up to $46/mth.

Of course not everyone needs the unlimited calls, but for comparison sake, they just try to keep some items equal.

it's funny to see some of the rabid circles.life fans trying to defend circles.life when they are the one who don't see that zero1's plan selling point is really about the unlimited calls... :s22::s13:

maybe can try the zero1 sim card in other phone?

Thanks mosmos and Mathematoxic for your suggestions. :) Glad to say that I just got an email from Zero1 this morning saying that they have fixed the problem. Indeed, problem solved without my having to do any additional settings. Looks like there was some issue with them registering the SIM on the Singtel network.

Question for bros who burst 3gb liao, does it shows 3G or 4G/LTE on top of screen status?
Show 4G. Guys, frankly speaking, the speed after used up 3gb is surprising good. No issues to surf net.facebook and movie streaming.as long you don't stream full HD.
