Signed up on 16th and i gt my sim card today. Just tried and it is running on H+. LOL. Damn laggy and once in a while will switch to 3g but H+ most of the time. Any people having same issues?

Check your network option : preferred network type.
Maybe LTE/4G not selected

Had chose lte/3g/2g (auto connect) as the network mode already. I live in woodlands.

I feel la,
it is not bad.
if i see my avg speed usage doesnt rlly exceed 1mpbs during the 3gb so i can def get used to throttled speed.
but on avg i would use up to 300mb per day, and this means 3gb abt 10 days will finish.

Oh hmm. I think better monitor tomorrow whe you travel to other areas. So far I am constantly on 4G. Very seldom it changes to h+ or lower networks

After 3gb, I am still able to enjoy my "rules of survivor", at only $19 per mth, what more can I ask. Damn worth it la

$19 quite worth I will say. At least no need worry about data. I use as a sub line though.
But heavy data users may consider plans from other telcos. I believe throttled speed has a significant difference in performance.

Zero Mobile's Zero X plan at $65 quite worth. Unlimited calls data SMS. My republic also going to enter the market liao. The more the merrier

For those using port over line, how long u wait for your telco to tell u the switch from the day u received the zero1 sim?

i've gotten my sim card from zero1 since yesterday and is still waiting for my number to be port by Singtel...how long am I gonna wait man..?

I have been waiting since the 15th. It is ****ing frustrating since you're paying the bills for two telcos.

Around 5 days from M1

Singtel to Zero 1 could be fast.

But M1/Starhub to Zero 1 took sometime.
