This company is really a bit like scam.

No Facebook page, no contact number available. The main channel of communication is via email which they are not responding.
I wonder how they even manage to become a new telco considering the high barrier of entry.

Sian, going to be charged another one full month by circles....

I think this situation has become abit worrying even for me who has no issues with the line till now. Tomorrow I will send an email to zero1 to bring up the issues all bros here facing. If they don't reply I may look at other options to terminate my line as I worry my personal data(in fact thru the delivery of SIM cards, this company has not taken due diligence to protect personal data. In the process I am able to see individual's name, NRIC and delivery address from the delivery company through a URL simply by entering an account number) and credit card info is not in a safe zone. I am most concerned that the bill is auto recurring. The amount is small at $19. But if this company doesn't resolve urgent issues like stucked at 3g/ porting over, and their q&a doesn't have any hints of how to terminate the line, I am starting to get concerned.

Estimating based on 4000 subscribers on $19 nett plan and 1000 subscribers on $29 plan, their 1st month revenue is $76000 + $29000 = $105000 for a few man company. If they can't employ more people to work on these issues, then they are no different from an irresponsible company.

Xdel had fixed the access of other people delivery page by adding 4 digits hex number behind the account number. I think it was fixed few days after it was posted in this thread that there was no security measure. When I received the xdel delivery notification email last week already had the hex number added to the url.

Both zero mobile and zero1 are MVNO riding on singtel mobile network. Maybe the delay is related to their quota agreement with singtel?

Mine no 3g is $19 plan. My friend with 4g and applied way later than me $29 plan with 4g.

Mine is $19 & I have 4g so far. So don't think it's related to price paid. The thing I am still waiting for is the porting to be completed.

No I don't think so either. I believe it is due to provisioning at their end. Maybe somehow 4G was not activated for my line.

sharing with those who wanted to sign up with number porting, you should be able to do so now with the error fixed. has nothing to do with type of browser you are using, or file size of your uploaded ID. was just a glitch on their end during the last few days.

i don't agree that we should pay or be billed for that unusually long waiting period or delays unless fault is on me (for example, having outstanding bills).

looking at current situation (those super delayed ones, not getting any response or updates from 01), imda should probably be notified and hopefully give them a push. if you recall, this is similar to when fibre broadband first started, opennet and isps were "flooded" till things got out of hand (waiting time was up to a year or more), imda then step in to regulate.

just my humble opinion, this is not about paying peanuts and thus getting monkeys here. since 01 has given promise to meet our expectations, then they should keep to it, and not keep quiet.

been trying to sign up (port in) for the whole day...

An Internal Error Has Occurred.

sighs...

If Zero1 is unable to waive off first month charges due to porting delay at their end, we should reach out to IMDA. Should we all bombard them (info@imda.gov.sg) with emails ?
