Actually come to think of it, with the support getting from zero1, I highly doubt it will get resolved anytime soon.
Plus the Email will be standard again, asking to take out Sim card, restart phone, go to different places and try bla bla.
Overall very bad experience...
I have a pretty old starhub sim card and get this from starhub also..lol
1)Starhub community admin gave one answer
2)facebook gave another.
3)Called hotline the ah neh told me "i am absolutely sure you are getting 4G speed" while my phone says 3G only. All of them suspect my phone can't receive 4G signal although I showed them screenshots on my phone prior to their reply
4) went to their shop, the assistant immediately told me I must buy new sim card to receive 4G.
My conclusion: they don't know their stuffs/have a proper database nor communicate with each other.
