I only received 3G/H+ at about 0.25mbps they even throttle the H+ speed, cause i tried H+ on a starhub sim card and the speed can go up to 18.4mbps

I finished my 3gb in an hour or so by watching 4K video on YouTube.

Thereafter, at 480p resolution with no lag. Toggle now is also good. Can use Spotify and Facebook and etc..

$19 only. Will keep this plan for my mobile data.

So .. is start of the month already so I have to pay circles life monthly bill.

Till date my number is not port over yet and Zero1 did not reply to my emails .

I am in the exact same scenario here. Could we have some advice on what to do?

Now my star hub got some automated bahasa thingy, time zone auto is Indonesia also, could we be looking at a service that is actually I.Indonesian in origin?

I am in the exact same scenario here. Could we have some advice on what to do?

Has anyone written in to IMDA like what someone suggested? I received SIM card on the 15th and $19 has already been deducted on the 12th when I registered. Called existing telco Starhub they couldn't do anything, called Singtel they said Zero1 didnt even send in port in request how to retrieve my profile and process my application??!!

Until today still dont have an app to check usage and do some basic function. This Zero1 is no where near Circle in terms of service.

The only catch is 19.00 and unlimited 3G

Still got free incoming, free 200min outgoing, free incoming sms, free outgoing 200 sms and free caller ID lah. No Sim card nor registration fees.

We are in the process of re-publishing the Zero App so you can download and complete your registration from Tuesday, 3rd April 2018. Once we receive your registration, we will dispatch your SIM card immediately and notify of you of the delivery details. You can reschedule or redirect the delivery at your convenience, if needed.

We will also email you the link to the app as soon as it is live on the Apple App store and the Google Play store. You can also provide the porting information, if required, to move your existing number across to Zero SG on the app.

To check usage, just use a third party apps from Google store will be sufficient.

Knn, zero 1 automatic time zone is set to Indonesia...

No problem with network provided time, network provided timezone is set to singapore standard time. My phone if manually set timezone do not even have singapore listed. :(

Strangely when I popped the zero1 sim into my iPad, it shows Singtel as service provider :s22:
