Wow thanks learn something here, but again they should just allow at least 10mbps if managed speed, this is like some dsl modem type of speed standard who still focus on 1mbps. Gosh hope they will change it soon.

duh if it's 10 mbps who will bother to signup for singtel's data plans?
incredible some people are so idealistic in their thinking

If 10mbps I can use as my home broadband + homeline

Last year my ADSL also 10mbps, can stream YouTube on tv

in case you are wondering where do the 1mbps cap come from.

if you look at singtel's "unlimited" data x infinity plan once you exceed 50GB data you will be capped at 1mbps until the next billing cycle. so again if you think MVNO's has equal footing to carriers may wish to re-think that.
all that SLA what BS all decided by singtel

Couple of years ago , those big telcos charging obscene $50 a month for 3gb and even more when you burst your data

Everyone happily paying

And now $19 a month for unlimited suddenly want this want that?

If telco promised, its their diligence to supply and provide the service. Shut up if you dun what u r saying.

the problem is even if they are back, there will be tons of email, it will be a while before replying yours and mine.

worse is that, give those template replies asking for details and they reset the timer.

yup, starting to get the sinking feeling that they ain't serious about addressing all the concerns, complaints, feedback from users.

I've not received the sim card yet, but no hurry for me, let zero1 iron out their issues first. for a small startup, i can understand they may not be adequately equipped to handle the volumes that they did not forecast for.

i want zero1 to be successful so that customers like us have more options, and $19/month is nothing big that it will break one's bank.

Well, I think lets be reasonable. Those complained about the connection issues for the first 3gb and extremely long porting process are at least reasonable. But those whom are complaining about the speed after the 3gb might be too much. I understand that they did mentioned YouTube will still stream fine, but they did not mention the resolution you are watching. So rightfully if you can stream YouTube at the lowest resolution, they have already fulfill what they mentioned.

I am paying $29.90 but the first 3 GB suucks big time.
Slow...lose connection...etc.

Alot of time totally no 3g at all.
