Zero1 reception at my house there pretty weak... Connection speed very slow...
Been waiting for porting in since 23 March 2018 till now, nothing they can do from their side and of course reply take ages. Request termination on 23 April 2018, till now no news at all. Most screw up company I have ever encountered, damn regret to request to port over from Circle Life. Circle Life did far a better job compared to them. I never encounter such long period just for port in and termination. For those who are interested for port over, please think twice.
yup it's slower after the 3gb this month, consistently getting 50% of 1mbps now...
Bro, at least you still havent ported over. I requested port over and got ported over very quickly. I regret that choice a lot.
The issue is what comes after that. Lost the sim card and sent them an email on 5th April, got a reply from them on 13th April.
Got my sim card and everything was ok until 23th April, can't receive or make calls and no 3G, 3.5G, 4G data as well.
Only number I can dial out with is 1688. Sent an email to them on 24th April and no reply since.
Went to Starhub to sign up a sim free plan else no phone to use. Asked Starhub to port my number also failed since my original ported number at Zero1 is registered under Zero1 company instead of my name and NRIC
There's no way to contact them, how to cancel?
As you are still going to be a Zero1 customer (at least for 2 months even if you wish to terminate) I suggest you send them an email. I am hoping they will adjust this amount in the upcoming billAnd the plot thickens.

As of Sunday(29th April), I still did not get any email or sms about my sim card. I get the usual canned email replies after several emails to them.
When I checked my account at zero1.com last week(out of the blues) I see that my contract status has been changed from PENDING to ACTIVE.
Then on Monday(30th April) - 6 weeks later, I get a call from Zero1 saying that my initial number selected has had some problems with their "service provider" and I have to select another new number and they are going to email me a list of 10 numbers and I have to select my top 3 numbers. I emailed them my top 3 numbers. Today I see that one of my number I have selected is in the contract status under PENDING. That first number which I initially signed up has been replaced.
Today I get an email from Zero1 saying that "We have processed your order based on your 1st choice Number. 977XXXXX(this is the 2nd new number). Our delivery partner will be in touch with you for the delivery soon".
Immediately after that email I get another email from billing for $6.34 based on the first number which I never received in the first place.
What should I do - ignore this bill for $6.34 for the number I didn't receive ? Too much back and forth with this company. And I will only be getting my SIM card from Xdel on Friday.

There should be a section under Summary Adjustments & Rebates, use the Total Mobile Service Charges and minus off the adjustments + the $19 that you've paid previously during sign up.
Just received the bill today. I find that the bill is clear and good. For your it put $29.90 and $7. I believe there is another column got put promotion minus off $10.99 for 1 full month and minus few dollars for the $7 for balance month so that the bill start from 1st day of the month.
I also feel zero1 is very bad at the moment....Just received my 1st Bill on 2 May after signed up in March.........
1) It says I used up 3.339GB of data when for years when I used a M1 Sim, I rarely go beyond 2GB on my iPad which I listen to music and surf edmw on/from work in train.
2) There is a don't know what mobile service charge of $xx when I'm on the $19 ....
Sigh Anyhow charge, anyhow do biz. Own up, which of you leech on my bandwidth on the trains?
