rude? you can't even contact them they don't even have hotline... they only way is email...

CS is way below average .. what if ppl loose their sim ? no way to contact them to temporary stop the usage and ask for new sim...

I lost their sim card before, it is a nightmare! Took them 2 working days to block and another 3 working days to issue. Some more can only self collect

self collect from where, good to know their office location in case emergency can go down bang table
