they also never say 3gb throttled can watch 720p

Some 720p video no buffer, but some 720p got buffer even though the speed are the same.

Dunno is it because different level of compression or their original file is very big.

video 720p etc still has their 30fps and 60fps big differences

YouTube Webm video with VP9 codec can stream 720p with 1mbps.

H264 cannot stream smoothly with 1mbps.

now i finally can make use of my Zero1 fully.

after thinking it through to the last day of the promo i wont be signing up the 9.9 promo price after all.

will just wait to see if there will be a regular pricing plan(hopefully with no subscription charges). This way if the plan not suitable for me i can cancel immediately and wont feel compelled to continue subscribing it for the lower price and also to "make worth" the subscription charges.
