I misunderstood your question. I thought you are asking if Zero1 will officially reduce the throttled speed of 3gb plan. This of course no one can answer you.

I am using the 3gb plan ($19), used around 6gb now and throttled speed still around 1mbps.

I read Zero1 1GB-unlimited Terms & Conditions before and again.

They never informed us about any of altering managed speed!

What do they expect us to do with the 0.6mbps after 5GB being used.....
They expect us to Youtube with 144p and 240p quality!? Damn right?

They did not promise any value for the throttled speed, so you can't say this is a scam to be frank.

In the first place they already advertised the 1gb plan having slower throttled speed, the fact that you are still getting 1mbps for the 1gb plan at the start is already a bonus. You can't simply assumed that the 1gb plan shall have the 1mbps throttled speed.

This is a non-contract plan, so one can just cancel the plan if he/she feels that the plan doesn't meet his/her expectations.

Instead of just asking, why not try reaching back the pages? When the company just started, already many users shared their experience, especially the time when MyRepublic launch and we were comparing the throttled speed between the 2 companies. I made my decision to drop MyRepublic Uno Plan based on the throttled speed, Zero1's being more usable. For your info, I used about 12-15 GB per month and I never experience buffering when in YouTube 480. I trust actual usage experience more than those speed test results posted. Not that speed test results are not accurate, just that, actual usage experience are those collected from locations and applications that I actually use, whereas you don't know when and where those speed tests are done.

If you want speed test results, there are already tons of those posted in the past 5 months. Just do yourself a favor and read back, instead of waiting for users to test and post again.

Caveat: I was on the $19 plan. Terminated it as my usage pattern changed and it no longer justify spending the $19 for the 3-5 days I'm in Singapore monthly.

My sim was activated last month, I checked end of last month and now already over 30 days.

I used about 2gb+ and still at throttled speed ~1.3mb, not reset yet.

Check the website and no bills to show now.

Anyone facing this also?

Maybe i get free 1.3mb all the way?

Yes there are alot of sharing on $19 plan, however some also mentioned $29 plan might be different and might face reduce throttle speed. I'm asking to check if anyone can verify this claim.

Only difference is early adopters got the discounted price.

Some people on 29.90 hoping 19 dollar plan get less speed. Its not true. Maybe a few get better, but that's propabbaly due to location.
