Did anyone get any email from zero1.sg or email them to replace the SIM so it can roam for those $19 or $29 plan ?

I am not sure if we need to email them to request it or is this something they are arranging on their back end.

I did email them and they said to wait till November

From past post here. Look like only $19 have 1MB speed. But i think it could be those sim cards that are later one can't get 1MB speed after few GB used. Those older one including $29.90 still can get 1MB speed for unlimited. As for $19 of course must be old one that why all $19 can get 1MB unlimited.

But your $29.90 after 5GB will become 0.4mbps.

Like this $29.90 become like $13.90 plan no difference after 5GB used.

It is due to the billing system.

Those early adopters are tag to order system, what I understand is that Zero1 is migrating those on older billing system to new system.

Those on older system should enjoy while it last.

Lol really misleading. Not sure what is he trying to achieve posting speed at a poor reception location..

Nevertheless it's confirmed that speed will reduce (around 0.7mbps) after hitting 3gb for $9.90 plan. Reduced speed will no longer support streaming video at sd quality. Thus I will terminate.

This plan is still one of the best if you use 3gb or below per month.

Considering 10 bucks a month, that's really value for money already. I wonder they will last long. It's not profitable at that rate I guess.

sounds like their business model is....

more on quantity than quality :
quantity - more users merrier at cheap price plan, like daiso $2 item many will buy without thinking 2 or 3rd time

quality - throttle speed, so long it is usable and don't expect fantastic speed or Customer service

only the new $13.90 sim has the capabilities to roam so far as they are on the newer sim enable roaming as per my knowledge.

Did anybody get notification of data reset today? My sim was activated on 24 Sept and I still don't know if my data has been reset (1 gb to unli plan). I still don't see any bill in the zero1 website and did not receive any email for a new bill.

I noticed though that my data was fast since yesterday. I downloaded a 50 mb file in around 5 seconds. And my youtube also streams at 1080p. I guess that's a sign that my data reset already? Do we actually get any notification?

Starhub has the best sim only plan right now. i'd consider even it better than zero1 unlimted data, as starhub weekend data is unlimited at full 4G speed.
